Lucid Group, the electric vehicle manufacturer, reported strong growth in vehicle deliveries in 2025, reflecting an accelerated pace of production and improved operational capacity, particularly as the company ramps up output of its Gravity SUV.
In a recent statement, Lucid said total deliveries for the year reached approximately 15,840 vehicles, representing an annual increase of nearly 55% compared with 2024. Deliveries in the fourth quarter alone surged by more than 70%, pointing to a sharp improvement in performance toward the end of the year.
On the production side, the company manufactured around 18,380 vehicles during the year, exceeding its revised production target of 18,000 units. That target had previously been closer to 20,000 vehicles before being lowered earlier in the year.
Lucid attributed much of the improvement to the gradual expansion of Gravity SUV production. After facing operational challenges in its early stages, the model has made notable progress as production lines have stabilized and efficiency has improved.
What Does This Mean for Me?
Overall, the results highlight Lucid’s strengthening execution of its production plans as it works to expand its presence in the electric vehicle market and respond to growing demand in the SUV segment.
In financial markets, Lucid’s shares reacted positively to the operating update, rising 3.5% to $56.25 in pre-market trading, accompanied by increased trading volume as investors welcomed signs of improved momentum.
