    ارتفعت أسعار النفط بدعم من توقعات تعافي الطلب الصيني، والنقص المحتمل للمعروض العالمي. إن إجراءات التحفيز الاقتصادي التي اتخذتها الصين، وصمود الاقتصاد الأمريكي، وقرارات منظمة "أوبك" وحلفائها بخفض الإنتاج؛ كلها عوامل تدعم ارتفاع سوق النفط.وأن التراجع المحتمل للمخزونات في الربع الرابع من العام الجاري قد يرفع من أسعار النفط خلال عام 2024.التركيز ربما يتحول حاليًا نحو اجتماع الاحتياطي الفيدرالي الذي سيعقد هذا الأسبوع، ولكن تخفيضات الإمدادات المتزايدة وتآكل المخزونات ربما يواصل دعم المعنويات الصعودية.
