The Arincen app provides a complete social trading experience, where you can follow experts, discover their recommendations, read news and analysis, manage your portfolio, and receive instant notifications about the most crucial market movements.
How can I enable or customize notifications within the app?
You can control notifications from your phone's settings and grant the app permission to send alerts. Alternatively, you can customize notifications in detail through your web or computer profile.

I am not receiving notifications from the app. What is the solution?
Make sure of the following:

If the problem persists, please log back in or update the application to the latest version.
Can I subscribe to Plus or Premium from within the app?
Yes, you can subscribe and upgrade your account directly in the app via the billing and subscription page in your profile.
Does the app have a "dark and light" mode? And how do I activate it?
Yes, you can choose between light and dark mode in the app settings, under preferences. Your selection will be automatically applied when you select one of the two modes.
How can I change the language in the app?
You can change the language in the application settings, where you can choose between Arabic and English.
Can I use the app for free?
Yes, the app is free, and most features can be used without a subscription. You can subscribe to one of the Arinsen Plus/Premium account types to access additional features, such as unlocking locked recommendations, creating multiple watchlists, creating up to 5 wallets, and removing ads.
