What are alerts in Arincen?

Alerts are instant notifications sent to you to inform you of important updates within the network, such as new recommendations from the experts you follow, changes in the status of an open recommendation, or followers' interactions with your content.

What types of alerts/notifications does the user receive?

There are two main types of alerts: the first type is notifications related to the network and publishing, and the second type is notifications about the recommendation and analysis itself.

The first type includes:

  • A recommendation posting notification will be sent if the user is following the expert who posted the recommendation.

  • Notification of analysis publication if the user is following the expert who published the analysis.

  • Notice of a comment on a recommendation by another user, in case you are the one who posted the recommendation.

  • Notice of a comment on an analysis by another user, in case you are the one who posted the analysis.

  • Notification of a like/dislike from another user for an analysis/recommendation that you posted.

  • Notification about another user who followed you via the follow button that appears on your profile.

  • Notification to another user who replied to a comment you wrote.

The second type, which you get when following a recommendation or analysis:

  • Notification of the recommendation reaching one of the targets or to stop loss.

  • Notice of activation of pending recommendation.

  • Manually close the recommendation notice.

  • Analysis update notification from an expert.

  • Please note that you have full control over notification access and the methods used to access them.

How can I activate notifications for recommendations?

Once you follow an expert or choose to follow a specific recommendation, alerts are automatically activated. You can customize these alerts in your account settings to decide what you want to receive.

Are the alerts completely free?

Alerts are available free of charge to all users when recommendations or analyses are released. If you wish to follow the progress of a recommendation and receive notifications about targets being reached, stop-loss orders being activated, or manual closures by the expert, you can subscribe to the recommendation or analysis.

The platform allows users to subscribe to up to 3 recommendations or analyses for free. Once you exceed this limit, you will need to upgrade your subscription to access more recommendations and related notifications.

Are notifications delivered only within the platform or also via phone?

Notifications arrive directly within the platform, and you can also activate them to be sent to your mobile phone through the Arincen app, so you do not miss any trading opportunities.

When will I receive a notification about the recommendations?

You will receive notifications in the following cases:

  • A new recommendation or idea comes from an expert you follow.

  • The recommendation status (reaching the target, reaching the stop loss) changes as long as you follow it.

  • Closing the recommendation, whether on profit or loss, is fine as long as you are following it.

  • Interact with your recommendations by liking or commenting.

How do you get alerts when recommendations reach your goals?

You can receive notifications about target and stop-loss levels when following a recommendation. For example, if you decide to implement a recommendation in your trading account, follow it, and you will receive notifications about it, including target reach, stop-loss reach, and manual closure notifications. You can follow up to 3 recommendations for free.

Are the alerts only related to recommendations?

No, it extends to include community interactions such as:

  • A new follower arrived

  • Comment or like your posts

  • Updates for the traders and experts you follow

What are breaking news alerts?

These are alerts for important and urgent news that arrive via the application or website and are selected by the editorial staff at the Arincen network.

Why haven't I received any notifications?

This could happen if:

  • Notifications have been disabled in account settings.

  • Access to notifications has been disabled from the browser or phone settings.

  • You no longer follow the expert or the recommendation.

Where can I find the notification log?

All notifications appear within the alerts section at the top of the platform, and you can return to it at any time to review the latest updates and activities related to your account

What is a price alert?

A price alert notifies you when a financial instrument reaches a price or movement condition you define. You receive the notification via the app, website, and mobile push notifications.

What types of price alerts can I create?

There are two categories:

  • Target — "Above" (notify when price reaches or exceeds a value) or "Below" (notify when price drops to or below a value).

  • Change — "Up" (price moves up by an amount or percentage), "Down" (price moves down), or "Either" (price moves in either direction by a percentage).

What is the difference between a "once" and a "recurring" alert?

A "once" alert fires a single time and then deactivates automatically. A "recurring" alert keeps triggering each time the condition is met, subject to a cooldown period you set.

How many price alerts can I have?

The number of active alerts depends on your plan:

  • Free: 3 active alerts

  • Plus: 100 active alerts

  • Premium: 400 active alerts

Paused alerts do not count toward your limit.

What is the baseline price?

The baseline is the market price at the moment you created the alert. It is the reference point used to calculate percentage and movement-based conditions. For recurring movement-based alerts, the baseline updates to the last trigger price after each trigger.

Can I edit a price alert after creating it?

Yes. You can change the alert value, frequency, cooldown, and note. You can also pause or resume an alert using the toggle on your alerts page.

How do I delete a price alert?

Open the alert from your alerts page or the instrument's chart, then select Delete. Deleted alerts are removed permanently and free up a slot in your plan limit.

On which channels will I receive alerts?

By default, you receive alerts as in-app notifications and mobile push notifications. You can control which channels are enabled in your notification settings.

Why did my alert not trigger?

Possible reasons: the alert is paused, the price only reached but did not cross the threshold during a price window, or a recurring alert is still within its cooldown period. Make sure the alert is active and that the market is open.

Can I create alerts directly from the chart?

Yes. On the chart, tap the price alert button in the toolbar. You can also drag a line on the mobile chart to a desired price to set an alert at that level.

Can I create alerts from the mobile app?

Yes. Open any instrument in the app and tap the price alert button. You can also drag a line directly on the chart to your desired price and set an alert at that level.
